Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms are comfortably equipped with mini bars, although they are fairly standard. The beds are cozy, and the overall condition is good. The service is very helpful and friendly, yet it could use more organization. The location, although beautiful, is a bit far from the center of Coatzalcoalcos. The dining experience is good, especially the onsite meal options, but pricing may vary. Overall, the hotel provides a decent stay with a few areas for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, even though they had some items in the mini bars, were quite far from the main building which felt odd when the place wasn't busy. The pictures of the hotel don't quite match reality, but it was decent overall. The service was a hit and miss - friendly at times but lacking in crucial information and attention. The location, although it had potential with greenery and proximity to a lake, ended up lacking maintenance and was somewhat out of the way. The dining options varied greatly in quality, ranging from very good to disappointing, especially when priced high. Overall, it was an average experience with some ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not as clean as expected and nothing like the photos advertised; however, we had a nice view of the Coatzalcoalcos River from our room. The service provided was great, with a professional approach and even, after I complained about the old room, they promptly moved me to a better and cleaner one.
